Purchases
1. All product prices (“Prices”) listed on aereney are exclusive of shipping charges and applicable taxes and fees, including without limitation goods and sales tax, provincial sales tax and harmonized sales tax, which will be charged to you separately at the applicable rate. Prices may change at any time, but any change shall not apply to any order for which we have sent an order confirmation. All amounts are in American dollars unless otherwise noted on aereney. The acceptance of such offers is in our sole discretion and will be communicated to you in our order confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the rights, in our sole discretion, not to accept your offer to purchase any products and to cancel your order or parts of your order in certain events, including, without limitation, supply difficulties or if the products are no longer in stock. Furthermore, you agree that, where applicable, you will act as the importer of the products purchased and you hereby authorize us to appoint a freight forwarding agent to act as your direct representative and pay any sales tax, VAT and customs duties on your behalf. Please note that sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and similar charges collected at the time of purchase are estimated values and may be subject to change depending on applicable laws. If additional amounts are assessed, you are responsible for them.

2. Pricing of products sold by aereney.shop is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars  (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most  up to date conversion rates.

Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-U.S.  denominations of currency on the Site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the  most current. Areas of the Site where non-U.S. denominations of currency might be inaccurate  include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on  product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to aereney.shop, excluding  shipping

3. You agree to pay all amounts specified in your order confirmation, including all shipping charges, local sales taxes and other applicable taxes.

4. While we strive to provide accurate information on aereney, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to pricing, product descriptions, availability, and offers may occur. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or modify information or cancel orders or parts of orders if any information on aereney  is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted or your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. You should not rely on the strike-through price in your purchase decision. If comparing prices is important to your purchase decision, you should do your own comparison before making a purchase.

Returns, Refunds and Related
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases through the Services. For all the products purchased on aereney, you may be entitled to a return and refund.
